AN ACT supplementing, amending, reducing and increasing items of
the existing appropriations from the state fund, general
revenue, to the higher education policy commission - higher
education policy commission - system - control account, fund
0586, fiscal year 2005, organization 0442, the department of
health and human resources - consolidated medical service
fund, fund 0525, fiscal year 2005, organization 0506 and the
department of health and human resources - division of human
services, fund 0403, fiscal year 2005, organization 0511, all
supplementing and amending the appropriation for the fiscal
year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand five.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation from the state fund,
general revenue, to the higher education policy commission - higher education policy commission - system - control account, fund 0586,
fiscal year 2005, organization 0442, be amended and reduced in the
line items as follows:
